mataqqPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use mataqq and how we keep that data protected. Our commitment is transparency: you understand what information enters our systems, how we use it, and who may access it. We collect data only for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance—nothing more.
When you create a mataqq account, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, or participate in live-dealer games and sportsbook betting, you provide personal information. We handle that data according to applicable data protection law and the security standards outlined here. Your data may be processed by our staff or trusted third-party processors in jurisdictions including but not limited to Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and other regions—we will disclose the specific jurisdictions where processing occurs when you request such details.
We at mataqq do not sell your data. We do not use your information for marketing outside our platform unless you explicitly consent. You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements for anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud prevention.
What Data We Collect
Our mataqq account setup requires your email address and password. To verify your identity and comply with AML regulations, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license), and residential address with proof (utility bill or bank statement). This Know Your Customer (KYC) data is mandatory for all account holders.
When you deposit or withdraw, we collect banking details: your bank account number, account holder name, and payment method identifier (DANA wallet ID, e-wallet account, etc.). We also log transaction amounts, timestamps, and settlement status. We collect device information when you access mataqq—your device type (Android, iOS, desktop), browser type, and IP address—for security and fraud detection purposes.
During gameplay on mataqq, we record game sessions, bet amounts, outcomes, and session timestamps. For live-dealer games, this includes table ID, dealer ID, and broadcast timestamps. We use this data to resolve disputes, investigate suspected fraud, and maintain game integrity.
No cookies for tracking or advertising
We use cookies only for session management and fraud prevention. We do not deploy cookies for user tracking, advertising networks, or behavioural analysis.
How We Use Your Data
We at mataqq use your data for account administration, payment processing, and fraud prevention. KYC data enables us to verify your identity and comply with Indonesian and regional AML regulations. Transaction data allows us to process deposits and withdrawals and detect suspicious patterns. Game session data helps us settle disputes—if you query an outcome on a live-dealer table during Liga 1 tournaments or Piala Indonesia, we review the recorded stream and session logs.
Our mataqq support team accesses your data when you contact us via in-app chat, email, or phone to resolve account issues, payment problems, or game disputes. We may share your data with our payment partners (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment processing networks, and banks) only to the extent necessary to complete your transactions. We do not share your data with advertisers, brokers, or analytics firms unless required by law.
We retain your KYC data indefinitely for AML compliance and dispute resolution. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. If you close your mataqq account, we retain your data according to these retention schedules unless you request deletion (subject to legal holds for ongoing disputes or investigations).
Data Security and Third-Party Processors
We encrypt your data in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest using AES-256 or equivalent encryption. Our servers may be located in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, or other regions; we do not limit data residency to any single country. Your data may be processed by employees, contractors, or third-party service providers in jurisdictions outside your home country. By using mataqq, you consent to this cross-border data transfer.
Our mataqq payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet providers, and banks) maintain their own security policies. We do not control their security practices, though we vet partners for compliance before integration. If a payment partner is breached, we will notify you if your data is at risk. We undertake to notify you of material security incidents affecting mataqq within a reasonable timeframe, though we cannot guarantee immediate notification during holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi when communications may be delayed.

Cookies and Tracking
We on mataqq use cookies for session authentication (to keep you logged in) and fraud detection (to monitor for account takeover). We do not use cookies for advertising, behaviour tracking, or analytics outside our platform. Third-party cookies (from ad networks or analytics platforms) are not deployed on mataqq.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, disabling session cookies will log you out of mataqq and may prevent functionality. Our platform does not rely on do-not-track signals; your browser's DNT preference does not alter our data collection practices.
Third-Party Links and External Sites
mataqq may contain links to external websites—such as payment provider pages for DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked sites. When you leave mataqq, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external platform before providing personal information.
Policy Updates and Your Contact Rights
We at mataqq may update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of mataqq after such notification implies acceptance of the updated policy. If you have questions about our privacy practices, wish to exercise your data rights, or wish to report a data breach, contact our support team via the Help section in your account dashboard or via email. We aim to respond to data subject rights requests within 30 calendar days. Requests received during holiday periods (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi) may experience delays.
Our mataqq platform operates under the assumption that users have verified the legality of accessing our services in their jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice regarding privacy law or data protection regulations in your region. If you believe our data practices violate local law, you may file a complaint with your regional data protection authority or contact our compliance team through the channels listed in our Terms & Conditions page.
